1. Introduction
- Welcome to the JumpIntoBiz (Pty) Ltd (“JumpIntoBiz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) website. By accessing or using our website, coaching services, business advisory services, or related resources (“Services”), you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
2. Services Disclaimer
- JumpIntoBiz provides advisory, coaching, and business development services based solely on the information disclosed by the Client at the time of consultation.
- Services and advice are not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice unless explicitly stated.
- Results or outcomes cannot be guaranteed; they depend on factors outside of JumpIntoBiz’s control, including the accuracy of information supplied by the Client.
3. Payment Terms
- Immediate payment is required to confirm any coaching sessions, advisory services, or business packages.
- Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment has been received and cleared.
- JumpIntoBiz reserves the right to withhold, reschedule, or cancel services if payment is not made as required.
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property, training materials, course content, and resources developed or provided by JumpIntoBiz remain our exclusive property.
- Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without prior written consent.
- Any business ideas, strategies, or proprietary materials disclosed by the Client remain the Client’s property.
5. Confidentiality
- JumpIntoBiz respects your confidentiality. All information shared during consultations is treated in line with our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- We will not disclose your business information without consent, except where required by law.
6. POPIA & PAIA Compliance
- JumpIntoBiz complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA).
- Personal information is collected, stored, and processed only for the purposes of delivering services.
- We implement reasonable safeguards against unauthorised access, loss, or damage. In the event of a confirmed data breach, affected Clients will be notified promptly.
7. Limitation of Liability
- JumpIntoBiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
- Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions and actions taken based on our advice.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Africa.
9. Amendments
JumpIntoBiz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this website.
